FNB Missing payment

I made a transfer of R5000 from my fnb account to a linked capitec account also registered in my name on the 4th of October 2019, and the money still does not reflect in the capitec account. I have called the FNB bank on numerous occasions, and was always told that they would get back to me, but no one ever calls me back. Apparently a missing payment query was lodged on the 9th of October 2019, but I still haven't received my money. When I went to my local fnb branch in Upington, they told me that they can't assist me and that I should call the fnb call center. Which I did more then thrise with no result. I'm beyond frustrated.
