FNB missing money and delayed feedback

I Really Really like FNB... But this I cannot tolerate.

On the 23rd (yesterday) - Money went missing from my account. It was there at end of day on the 22nd, then the 23rd gone... 24th still gone??????

An issue has been logged, however, money limits and enables you. - For a bank to lose or cannot explain why the money is missing, its extremely bad.

I only speak good about FNB, however, I need this to be resolved as fast as you took the money from my account.

Scenario: "If I went far away from home, and I have my last cash, but FNB's Dev makes a mistake, I am #$#$#?... Now I have to `wait` for the Dev's friends to investigate and fix this issue?"

Please fix this, and return my money, it does not belong to you, refund my account with all the high interest you taking from the poor, then investigate your missing money.

PS. The same thing happened to my fiancé's account yesterday.
