FNB Missing in Action

We are currently on lockdown and FNB seems to have gone AWOL, i have been trying to get a hold of them for the past few days and with no luck, to my great dismay they have changed the reverse debit order function and you can now do this from the secure chat,however this is not the case you are unable to reverse debit orders and told to contact the company that has deducted the funds, the 45 days has now passed for one of the debit orders i would not be able to reverse it, i have checked and i am not the first to complain, they are not answering nor responding, this is extremely pathetic customer services, especially in a time when your clients need support the most.
