FNB miss informed

I app**** for a credit card at FNB umgeni junction the consultant informed me that it will be free delivery to the branch which is wrong. So dsv called me and asked where to deliver, so I said to the branch because it is free delivery. Now I am the one that has to pay the delivery cost because my card was delivered to the branch which is not fair.
