FNB misrepresented it self for gain

I opened a Non Resident Account with FNB. They didn't explain to me that the limit for the initial payment was R1500, and I went ahead and received R17500. Now I can't transact or use the money because it's locked. They can't help me for the past 6 months, and they're busy deducting monthly fees. They keep telling me to fly into the country and go to the branch only to tell me the same thing over and over again. I'll never refer anyone to bank with FNB. They can't resolve something like that for 6 months straight. I'm disappointed... The bank is altimetly charging me for the account that I don't not access to also the can't refund me or close this account
