FNB mismanaged Personal Loan Account

I settled my personal loan with FNB on 20 June 2025 of R2767 by paying in the difference of R1702.48 after the debit order of R1064.52 went off on the same day. Now the FNB account remains open as they are *********** to allocate payments and claim that there is no payment of R2767. They are clearly mismanaging my account and I am stuck for 20 days until I can escalate to the Banking Services Ombudsman and will definitely claim the R1000 compensation for pain and suffering.
