Fnb misleding false information

Fnb is a ***** bank giving customers false hope. After i app**** for a credit card i was told by consultant that it was declined but qualify for a consolidation loan and debit order switch. I told consultant that i am self employed and was told it wont be a problem was then told that it has been approved i just need to sign contract then the money will be paid into my fnb cheque account witch i had to open. After all the effort by going to bank and sign the contract and taking out a funeral plan i was told that i do not qualify and requested a Ita 34 . If i was told that from the start where i was **** to saying it was approved then all that i would not even have gone through all that trouble. Now i tried to close the cheque account and after all the debit order issues i was told to pay for the service fees and bank charges on the card before closing. I refuse to pay this for it is fnb that gave me false info and lying to me . After this i went to absa and nedbank witch approved my credit cards. This is really bad from fnb . I will definatley tell people about this lies.
