FNB misled me on covid relief

I have app**** for covid relief at FNB, and my application was a success however FNB did not discuss with terms and conditions for a relief. I assumed they will extend the months on my credit since I will not pay for 3 months however I was surprised to find out that I have been given a loan for R48 000 and increase on a premium of R900, I did not apply and agreed on the loan given. The reason I app**** was for a relief not to pay 900 extra and owe FNB 48000. I want FNB to take their loan back since I did not agree on the loan. Very disappointed on how FNB has handled all of this
