FNB Misleading its Clients

FNB Private Clients sales team is very misleading. A month ago I was called and informed that they would like to upgrade my Premier account to a Private Clients bank account. I said no. However instead the person that called stated that they would like to offer me the Private Clients product as a test run for 3 months and the bank charges would still remain my normal Premier bank charges. I agreed but to my surprise FNB is now billing me the Private Clients' charges. When I call them, they inform me that whatever advise I was given was incorrect and I just need to deal with it. This level of service is appalling especially since I have been banking with them for a number of years now.
