FNB MISLEADING - Connect APPROVE a deal and then afterwards tell you its not actually approved, its for validation???

I Have bought about 20 devices through FNB over the years. Never skipped or underpay a payment. I settled all the devices. Now you BUGGED me endlessly to buy another device. I finally app**** on 1 December 2024. I got a message congratulating me on the successful application. Its been THREE DAYS and you now telling me its in for Validation or some *******. NOBODY is willing to check what the hold up is and i need an answer, because if you decline me for some reason, I need to still catch the deal from another company on black friday, but because of you i might miss it and as always, your incompetence is costing me money!! WHY AM I STILL USING FNB>>????? There is no firm set of rules, its all about how you feel or in what mood you are in. Terrible terrible service. Your Connect private message consultants are not even TRYING to figure out what is going in.
