Fnb misinformation

The experience was frustrating and horrible.And further more I believe FNB us really misleading clients seriously.I dialled their eWallet number only to be taken to easy zero, which I don't want.All that I wanted was eWallet service, nothing else I don't want the easy Zero,why am I not given an option to get the service that I request.Why do easy Zero and eWallet have the same number.

Am I forced to be an FNB client to use eWallet..The easy Zero promted me to give my names and I'd number ,all that I want is eWallet.
