FNB Miscommunication

I have been phoning the Legal Department of FNB and I even wrote an email to ***, so that they can help me with 2 Debt Collectors that were given my account to collect payment from me. GLA Inc. Attorneys listed a judgement against me in 2018, then handed the account back to FNB which then gave the same account to DebtIn Attorneys who have been phoning me relentless until I came to an agreement of a settlement offer with them, only to find out when I was doing due diligence before paying, that this is the same debt that judgement has already been passed on. So FNB please go back to GLA Attorneys and tell them to rescind that judgement against me since you have given my account to DebtIN Attorneys which I am prepared to accept their offer.
