FNB - MISADVERTISING AND THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER

As far as possible stay away from FNB bank. in the beginning they are all nice and their online features might sound like the ideal solution.

They are ****. For a 2nd time I had double debit orders (from their personal loan department) going off my cheque account, also with them. when you phone and try to resolve it, you are the one having to jump through hoops.

I tried using the app, one first secure call, then the consultants don't answer, they drop the calls and then just doesn't answer. then you go via the app, what a issue. trying to use the secure chat next. From consultyants that dont know where and what to do, to consuktants sending me to the bank.

All of this to fix their error. Sorry FNB... WORST BANK EXPERIENCE EVER.
