FNB ****MING CLIENTS

FNB revived a prescribed credit card debt of 2010 in 2022 They claim I paid R150 into the account which I didn't. I don't even know the account number so how can I deposit This is a **** and a heinous crime from a big bank. What did they do, deposit the money themselves and claim I did. How many others are they doing this to?
