FNB Midlands Mall - Wonderful service

I recently had to close my bank account, held with FNB and reopen a new account as a result of Identity *****. When I initially tried to undertake this at FNB Howick, the two staff members were very unhelpful and made it out that the process would be difficult and time consuming, and in a way discouraged me from doing so. Following additional ********** transactions, I visited FNB Midlands Mall. What a complete opposite experience. Nusreen Hassen, the branch consultant was brilliant. She understood my issue, assured me that the process would be as painless as possible and ensured that my relevant debit orders would be transferred to my new account. She kept me abreast of the progress without me having to follow up. FNB, you can take pride in Nusreen's professionalism and customer service and in fact the two Howick staff members should be send to the Midlands Mall branch for some training. Nusreen cannot be commended enough and she is definitely an asset to your organisation.
