FNB Middelburg Bad service

App**** for a personal loan. Lady at the bank said I can change the date to my bonus date, told me what the monthly amount was, suprise they have a added a charge,then only to discover that I cannot change the date and I will get penalised for late payment and bad credit score. Middelburg mall Fnb. Going to change as they don't care about a person, management just say sorry.
