FNB Mickey Mouse bank

My credit card no longer works for online payments. The system that sends you the authorisation message or OTP is not working. Wanted to make an online purchase for my wife's birthday but I am unable to do so. When I called in I got transferred 4 times to different departments. Eventually I was told to call ***. I waited 29 minutes for anyone to answer. FNB has become a Mickey Mouse bank. If you are considering a bank don't choose FNB. This has been a problem since Friday yet the bankers you talk to on their chat line have no been informed of this so they just transfer you to another department.
