It’s not quite often that I am impressed to the extent that I end up rating someone’s service because I often felt that if you respect your job enough and people in general it should be standard. This person blew standard out the water and far exceeded my expectations when I decided to walk into the FNB Meyerton branch.

Having embraced technology and choosing not to step into a bank for over 3 years because of my personal opinions with service in banks I was very impressed with how the staff firstly handled operations during these testing Covid times.

Funi Masia was not only the cherry on top of a wonderful experience but a breath of fresh air in how she communicated. Her product knowledge and how she managed to work sales into our conversation in offering me great advise as well as guiding me to opening a personal bank account when I only came to collect my business bank card.

Bear in mind I had issues with collection due to me not sending papers because of a slight miscommunication when I app**** online. She put my mind at ease and spoke to me as a person and not a number. I even had time to collect my kid from school and still came back to complete the process because I had to leave and email documents from home (Phone issues, don’t ask)

Simply put- Funi Masia’s outstanding service is one of those, once in a lifetime kind of engagements. Keep up the great work as prior to me stepping to sit in that chair when you assisted me, the previous client left laughing and seemed to be just as satisfied with the service as I was.
