FNB messing with my staff livelihoods

I have a business account with FNB. No one ever contacted me from FNB to inform me that I need to send updated KYC documents for the company.

Today is the 22nd of December and I need to pay salaries. Without any notice FNB Botswana freezes my business account.

Tried calling their call center for 5 hours straight and no one answered.

They put me in a situation with no way out and my staff news their salaries and bonus for December
