FNB Messing Up!!!!!

What the HELL#*# I closed my Fnb Credit card on the 15 November 2024 until today this stupid account is showing on my credit card as outstanding and this is messing up my credit status. Why can't your consultants do the work they are being paid for? but if you miss payment you quickly painted in Red. FNB fix up this mess.
