FNB messes up yet AGAIN

A few months ago I logged a complaint on Hello Peter about FNB contacting me via their attorneys for debt that was long since paid through my sequestration process. I was contacted by FNB and assured that the system would be updated and my file would no longer be handed over. This was after trying to contact FNB directly through their useless call centres, many MANY times.

I have now received 2 calls from separate attorneys once again who have received my file for collection. Why is it that FNB are the ONLY one of my creditors who can't seem to update their system. The sequestration was done in February 2014, almost 2 years ago. They have been sent the documents numerous times. I'm getting beyond irritated with this bank now. My thoughts of transferring my accounts to them are definitely not going to happen now.

I am tired of being harassed by these people because they can't get their information correct. What more do I have to do to have this matter resolved without further issues coming up!!!????
