FNB messed up my credit status

So FNB decided to active an old Temp loan acc from 2018 effecting my affordability on Compuscan credit bureau. I have raised this concern and Werner Naude was suppose to fix it. I tried getting hold of him via the fnb app chat, they emailed him to call me but he fail to do so. This man dont care or think nothing of customers. Even his colleagues send him messages to call me and he dont care. I get an email this afternoon from him with nonsense. I want this matter resolve ASAP. This is utter poor customer service and messing with a person's reputation.
