FNB messed up IT system is pain in the neck.

FNB has now sent another SMS text message saying: "Our records show that you have exceeded the international limit authorised on your FNB card. You will no longer be able to transact internationally." Now here the fun fact: I have not used the card internationally nor do I have any forex transactions. Happens the second time in 4 weeks and of course, no one is picking up the phone on the mentioned number at *** FNB need to get their **** together and not waste the time of their customers with a messed up IT system. Not happy at all.
