FNB Messed my credit score!

FNB mistakenly had me on their system as a non resident (i am not born in south africa). After ME wondering why i have ZERO credit history and keep getting declined, I went to them 2 weeks back to try and sort this out. Its so funny that i am listed as a non resident, and am being declined for credit EVERY WHERE in south africa, even though every single month on pay day, my salary comes in. I was promised that this would be urgently sorted and my credit would be revised. I am trying to apply for a basic mobile phone contract as pre paid is not conductive to my work (i am an attorney) and this issue has NOT been resolved. My credit rating is a big fat ZERO. I will be closing this account and taking my business elsewhere While FNB can be the best rates, this service is unacceptable and embarrassing. I look like i am insolvent due to FNB not giving a damn over someones credit score.
