FNB Messaging app - Totally useless

Online experience is wonderful, but the app messaging is totally useless. Either you keep getting disconnected from a banker or they just plain do not reply to you. And don't even expect to receive a follow up call once disconnected. talk about making baking easier and acessbile. Now I have to go into the bank for what could have been sorted out in 2 minutes on the app.
