FNB mess up with temp loan facility

So in september i took out a temp loan with fnb and me knowing that teh loan must be repaid month end kept the money in my account to repay it to my surprise nothing went off from my account, this made me go into arrears for one month and i got a sms the following month that the loan is allocated to my account again and they took the money end of october no the temp loan is disabled on my account due to the mistake of you guys i logged a complain ***F and Semekaleng from the premier support rep**** and called me promise me that she will handle the issue two days goes by no update at all and i logged another complain ***F for the same issue no reply at all,

why are your support so **** if we owe you you will call immediately but when you mess up no words or communication at all
