FNB mess up

Good day. A payment was made to my credit card account by accident. I could not access it because it has never been activated. So I called fnb and they said they would reverse the payment made. The money was paid into the wrong account. It was supposed to go back into my money on call account and not my fusion account. I want this money paid into the right account immediately!!!!
