FNB ****MERS

I bank with fnb, been banking with them forever. On the 25th i swiped R400 worth of petrol, money was reserved immediately, a day later bank charges came through and there was no money. For some reason the R400 for the petrol only got deducted and there are no funds in my account and i was charged R180 for unpaid item which is not even a debit order and not my fault. I swiped petrol when i have money now i am charged for that transaction because it didn't happen when i swiped it, who's fault is that??????? money was reserved from my account.....................................where did it go to???????

i want that transaction reversed today but they are telling within 3 to 4 days !!!!!!!!!! i am not happy.
