FNB ****mers

There are two numbers that constantly call FNB clients. The 2 numbers are *** and ***. The people behind the calls pose as FNB employees claiming that there are unauthorized debits in the client's account and that they wanted to assist in reversing the money. They then ask the client to verify all the details. After the call they then deduct money from the client's account. When I call these numbers, they take me to FNB voice prompts. When I follow these voice prompts, I end up being connected to an FNB employee depending on what I have selected from the voice prompt.

The first one when checked on Truecaller it returns a name called "Nthabiseng Nolwazi FNB" and the second one returns "Siwelele Phishing ****mer".

Can FNB please investigate these numbers before more damage is done?
