FNB ****mers

Last year August my phone and cards were ******, I went to the bank to block them and get new cards. This year from the 27th of Feb my blocked card has been used since then. So much money has been taken from my account, FNB is not helpful at all. I logged a call with them on Saturday last week when I saw that. That's when I found out my card was used from the 28/02 however FNB didn't do anything to protect me from that as the card it's still being used last night I received more transactions that were done. FNB promised me that an investigator will contact me but no one has ever did not even sms or Email. Their call center you have to wait 30 minutes before someone answers only to be told wait for 30days. They offer no assistance at all. I'm currently broke my account is on a minus, FNB continues to charge me for my account being on a minus everyday when it is all their fault . I can't provide for myself and my child because all my money is gone and no one is helping. I'm so disgusted by all this and angry I really need my money.
