Absolutely unacceptable service. I was charged multiple times for “items paid no funds,” which makes no sense because it looks like duplicate or unnecessary deductions. Within just two days, money was taken from my account twice (R47 and R94), pushing my balance further into the negative. There was no clear explanation, no warning, and no transparency about these charges.

This kind of handling of customer funds is frustrating and stressful, especially when it directly affects your financial situation. I expected better communication and fairness. Very disappointed. They say banks secretly ***** our money. FNB is one that f the worst now because I’ve been with them for more than 8 years now, now I’m seeing their true colours!!
