FNB ****mers

Fnb is ****ming people and its a inside job,we opened an account three months ago which was linked to our paypal we withdrew funds from Paypal into our FNB account and then did a transfer from FNB to standard bank and we waited 21 days until we opted for a reversal we then went to long beach mall FNB branch,filled in reversal forms after being told that our online banking profile was *******,then we waited anther 10 days for the money to come back,we phoned the guy that has been helping us with processing our PayPal funds the money was in stday morning thanks to that guy then a few hours later thee vanished out of our account no notification nothing we just went from having money to sitting with a negative balance,we messaged support team they told us that the money is there we must wait 24 hours until we can use it two days later we phoned the guys whos been helping us he told us that he will call us back after we told him what happened,he then phones us from his own personal line and told us to get a lawyer or else we wont get our money back he even went on to tell us that everyday his dealing with such complaints and there is nothing he can do besides telling customers to get a lawyer,we then asked him to process our other funds from Paypal thats when he told us that the matter has been taken off his hands its been handed over to someone higher than him we then got directed to that person and they told our lawyer that our funds can not be traced basically what he meant was they cannot see who took the money out of the account which does not make any sense,then he told us that it will take 45 to investigate,after that call no email or sms was sent to say our matter is being attended to we waited 20 days then on Thursday i was like this cant be i got the ***** department number from facebook cause i posted the matter there,we then phoned them last week Thursday and got told that our money will be paid after 4 days which means it was supposed to be in today but still nothing we phoned again only to get told that no one logged any complaint of this matter since the day our money disappeared so basically we have been waiting for nothing cause the complaint was only logged on,on friday after we phoned the ***** department which means the other consultants we have been talking to have been covering up the story hopping that we will give up and leave it,the person that helped us today told us that they can not find the forms we signed at long beach mall for the reversal 😞and also someone in India purchased stuff with our card of which my wife does not even have a passport and had never been to india,mind you this was not an online purchase it was through a physical card which means a card was issued to someone in india from FNB,its been three months talking to FNB agencies getting told that our money will be in or the matter is being investigated only to find out that these were all lies the matter was never taken to any department for correctional purpose, basically what FNB staff was doing is cover up each other hopping that we will give up on it,whats disgusting about FNB is not even one email or sms was sent to us to give an update for almost three months only today is when they sent an email and a sms,Guys this is a inside Job FNB is targeting certain individuals robbing them money then the matter will covered up from one consultant to another,i strongly encourage people to stay away from FNB your funds are not safe with them,its been three months now talking to different consultants its only today we actually got an email and sms to say our matter is being attended of which if we call again tomorrow we will speak to someone who will say oh no one logged any complaint about your matter, i repeat do not use FNB anymore their staff is ****mer people and covering each other up
