FNB MERCHANT USELESS
On the 10th of January 2019, I took my 2 daughters to FNB Merchant in Sandton to renew their passports. 2 weeks later my one daughters passport is ready for collection and 1 month later, I call Home Affairs to find out about my other daughters passport, to be told that no application has been submitted. We did the biometrics and sat there and completed everything why have they not submitted this???? I cannot get hold of the branch nor the manager and no one has a contact number for anyone who you can speak to
