FNB Merchant Services Useless
I tried to contact FNB Merchant Services on all of their e-mail accounts and made at least 5 telephone calls to their "helpdesk" *** and 4 days later not one of the problems resolved. Call ref numbers ***6 and ***5 Not receiving settlement reports while transaction history from speed point (POS) devices are lacking. They are quick to sell you these machines but there is absolutely No backup service from FNB. Don't use them!!! Have given them one star to file the review but in fact they should get zero stars

06 Aug 2021, 16:31Your response is just an eyeblind. So to date the formal compliant ***NF has not been resolved by FNB Merchant services. I still have no settlement reports for the transactions processed on the speedpoint machines and as a result our business is unable to use it as we have no proper transaction history to trace transactions!!!! Dismal
