FNB MERCHANT SERVICES THEY ARE USELESS

FNB Merchant Services are shocking - DO NOT EVER USE THEM.<br> <br> The speedpoint was approved on the 11th and due to the delay in getting it approved we asked the to treat as urgent.<br> Every step of the way we have had to follow up ( with the relationship manager , then the approval department and then the agents) and if not we still would not even have had a call back from them.<br> The contracts were signed on Wed morning but almost a week later and various follow up we have heard nothing and still have not got the speedpoint.<br> <br> They do not respond to calls or mails and at best they will copy you in a mail asking someone else to follow up - who of course does nothing either.<br>
