FNB Merchant Services - Terrible experience

I app**** for a speed point on the 15th of December 2015. I received an automated emailed saying I would be contacted within 48 hours. No one contacted me. A week later I called merchant services for an update and I was told someone would contact me. A week later again after no one contacting me I called again and again I was told someone would contact me and this time on the same day. It never happened.

I called again in the second week of January and again, I was asked for my contact details and was told someone would call me. Needless to say no has has called. I called again a few days later this time I asked for a reference number because each time I speak to a different person who tells me the same thing, that someone will call me and it never happens. This time however I was told my application was cancelled on the 24th of December 2015 but couldn't tell me why. And again I was told someone would contact me. The next day I received an email welcoming me to FNB Merchant services.

To date, the 18th January 2916, no one from FNB has contacted me. I am confused with regard to the status of my application. I am frustrated. I regret opening a business account with FNB.
