FNB Merchant services terrible

FNB Merchant Services. I Have Been having Endless problems with my speedpoint. Its a new account. I changed from Nedbank to FNB. Worst mistake. You hang on waiting for upto 30 minutes. Consultants answer and drop calls. They dont have the decency to call back. I am loosing plenty rands as always no network. I asked for the vodacom sim to be changed to Telkom because Vodacom network is bad here. Ref no or case nos are closed without anyone coming to sort the problem
