Fnb merchant services *******

More headaches with fnb in a different department. In my last review it took fnb 6 months to set my online banking endless headaches and trips to the branch to do something that took 15 minutes to sort out. Now with there merchant services department I have a card machine from fnb that I pay monthly for just to use only for the December period. The machine has not at all this year I've got reference numbers promises that a technician will be at the store by 12 yesterday still nothing with 2 days of December left I've payed R11800 in machine rentals for this year just to have it not work. I'll say it again the worst bank in South Africa by far.
