FNB MERCHANT SERVICES -POOR SERVICE

I am very dissapointed with FNB merchant services. Our speedpoint hasnt been working, they sent through a technician who did not have a clue what was wrong with the machine.When I call their merchant services finance division they put me on hold for hours for the past 3 days. I SENT THEM EMAILS and they only decided to log a call 1 week later and they say it will take 7-14 days to investigate. I recommend NO ONE to use these service its a huge inconvenience for a small business owner. This is the worst service I have ever received from a bank.
