FNB merchant services poor response

Fnb merchant services I have been emailing and contacting them from the 06/05/2021 you hold on for 2+ hours. The emails (over 40 mails send) they respond to days later and then when you reply nobody gets back or a new person gets back at you! I am so frustrated!!!!
