FNB MERCHANT SERVICES - NOT SO INNOVATIVE

Good day, We are not happy with the Merchant Services of FNB. The inconsistency of receiving funds is terrible and one cannot run a business with this poor service from FNB Merchant Services.

Let me sketch a scenario: Transaction will be done today, the banking commence at 04:00 the next morning (normally) sometimes it does and sometimes it will only bank the following morning (2 days one) at 04:00 but then will only give you the 2 days back funds and not the ones for yesterday as well...this is horrible for cash flow purposes. The banking for yesterday (28 October 2021) has not been received yet but the banking of the 27th just came through this morning) PLEASE HELP!!
