Fnb Merchant services is worse than Home Affairs

Calling FNB merchant services from 1.30pm. Its not almost 4pm. My speedpoint is not working. This is the busiest time of the year. Wr are losing sales. If you an email saying that connection problems have been restored. But mine still doesn't work. I need a technician out today!
