FNB Merchant services

I've been having endless issues with FNB Merchant Services - from getting them to install devices, to collecting them. I logged a query several weeks ago about a debit order that went off my account for an old machine, that they never collected. After explaining the situation to Badrunisha Milanzi and Morwadi Cornelia Molatlhoa, I've had no direct response and no reply upon a request to speak to management.
