FNB Merchant services

I made a new application to upgrade the card machines on site (Caltex Winterveld) in November 2022, It's now the second week of January and still nothing is happening.

FNB services are appalling, I am at a point where I actually want to change banks. When I call them, I am just put on hold.

Very disappointed client!
