Its been 3 weeks since my merchant application for a speed point, I was told that once approved it takes 3 to 5 business days for the speed point to be installed, Ive been sending emails to the consultant that handling the application and all she says is, "THERE'S A BACKLOG MATTER ESCALATED WILL GET BACK TO YOU SOON !!! "
