FNB MERCHANT SERVICES!!!
Good day
I have been struggling since 23rd May with FNB merchant services. My total sales on my batch uploads and what is paid the next day differs and is always less! The difference not paid since 23rd May to date is around R2400. I have sent all documents required but answer or feedback!!!
Each and everyday since last week the amount paid is less!
Please can someone urgently assist as this is causing huge accounting and budgeting issues within my business!

Today no money has been deposited into my business acc from my speed point sales of yesterday. What is it going to take to get this issue resolved? First my money is paid short every day for the past week, today nothing has been deposited. How do I run my business with no money as I have been compromising on my stock due to the short payment made by fnb.
An agent called me yesterday at exactly 2:21 promising that that she would call me before COB with and update and resolution, still waiting.
Today is the 31st, my employees needs to get paid and with this I unfortunately I need to close my business today as I have no funds to stock up or pay my employees.
Well done fnb, well done, you done a great job.
If only there was a way to rate bad services from to 5, I would give you a 5 star, awesome!
