Mid month and I have not being able to make use of my speedpoint. I'm a new merchant and have been able to register on the merchant portal, now that I have the platform sorted I'm having an issue using the speedee device. Everytime I attempt to make a transaction I get a "please perform settlement" Error persists even after batch upload and parameter upgrade

Was advised to call in for assistance using my fnb connect sim as calls are free, only to find out that calls are charged.
