FNB Merchant Service*****rly Trained Staff

As a business account holder,i app**** for a speedee machine with Merchant Services. Bafana Dlamini handled my application. I was promised delivery of the device in 5/7 business days. Having not received it, I followed up on an email with Bafana response was received, despite him being at work (not on holiday). I then followed this up with a phone call, handled by Sufyaan. He puts me on hold for 20 mins and I eventually give up.Your staff are poorly trained,and i need a proper answer regarding delivery of my device!!!
