FNB merchant service ******* actions and none responsive on complaints

Is there anyone out there that can provide me with FNB legal departments email as we wish to sent a laywer letter to them. after so much complaints, emails and calls we are just receiving reference numbers and empty promises but nothing is being done, i wish to take this matter to their legal department as no response is being given to my. it is ******* do deduct monies from our account as it is not included in the invoices they sent us. again month end has passed and again they are double deducting monies for items we do not have. i would appreciate it if someone can provide the email address or some ones contact number that does not work at their call centre .
