FNB Merchant Place - DHA is a mess

My husband and I app**** for passports for him and our baby at this branch early November 2019. Notifications were received only for his application, and apparently his passport is now ready for collection. We've had no update about our daughter's application, though - not one.

When I try contact the branch to find out more information, there is no contact number, which is absurd. So I emailed Gertrude Selepe multiple times - and there is simply no response. What's the point of contact details at all?!

I am very disappointed in this service. I understand FNB is simply giving a place for DHA to do their normal duties, but this really does not serve their customers, and just ends up causing anger and resentment at FNB.
